ChurnMiser is an AI churn-prediction and win-back app for Shopify stores. It scores every customer's churn risk nightly and auto-builds email and SMS win-back campaigns. All CLV and retention metrics are computed from real Shopify order data — not modeled estimates.

What ChurnMiser does

ChurnMiser exists to answer one question for Shopify merchants — which of my customers am I about to lose, and what will bring them back? — and then to act on the answer automatically. It installs as a Shopify app, reads the store's order and customer history, and runs the full retention loop inside Shopify Admin.

Nightly churn scoring, calibrated per store. Every night, ChurnMiser scores each customer's churn risk using AI (Amazon Bedrock). The scoring is calibrated to the individual store's own purchase cycles rather than a generic industry model: a coffee store's "overdue" customer looks nothing like a furniture store's, and the risk thresholds reflect that.

An AI strategy builder. Instead of handing merchants a dashboard and leaving them to figure out what to send, ChurnMiser drafts complete retention strategies — which segment to target, what message to send, when to send it, and what offer (if any) to include. Merchants review and approve; the app does the assembly.

Win-back campaigns over email and SMS — through the merchant's own provider. Campaigns send through the email and SMS infrastructure the store already uses, so sender reputation, unsubscribe lists, and customer relationships stay with the merchant. ChurnMiser decides who gets what and when; the merchant's provider carries the message.

Margin-aware discounts. When an offer is warranted, it is sized against the customer's value and the store's margins — so a VIP who would have returned anyway isn't handed 20% off, and a fading mid-value customer gets an incentive that still leaves profit on the order.

Drop-off intelligence. ChurnMiser tracks where customers abandon the path to purchase — product page, cart, checkout — so merchants can see whether their retention problem starts before the first order ever completes.

Revenue attribution. Recovered orders are tied back to the campaign that drove them, so merchants can see what win-back activity actually returned, not just what it sent.

What ChurnMiser deliberately doesn't do

Three omissions are design decisions, not gaps:

No modeled or predicted LTV. ChurnMiser does not estimate customer lifetime value with predictive models. Every CLV and retention metric in the product is computed from real Shopify order data — what customers have actually spent, not what a model guesses they might. The one thing ChurnMiser predicts is churn risk, per customer. We think merchants make better decisions from real numbers with a clearly labeled prediction on top than from forecasts dressed up as facts.

It doesn't own the outbound channel. ChurnMiser is not trying to replace your email or SMS platform. Campaigns deliver through the provider the store already trusts, which means no list migration, no second sender reputation to build, and no lock-in through your customer relationships.

No separate login. ChurnMiser lives entirely inside Shopify Admin. There is no standalone web app, no separate account, and no extra password — if you can open your store's admin, you can open ChurnMiser.
