How Growth usage is priced
On top of the $15 base, you pay a small monthly fee per marketable customer — the customers inside your retention window. Volume-tiered, so larger lists pay less per customer. Email personalization and delivery are included in this fee.

Example: a store with 1,500 marketable customers pays $15 base + (500 × $0.12) + (1,000 × $0.11) = $185/month, plus any SMS sends. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
