Fits your stack

Retention that plugs into your existing stack

ChurnMiser decides who to contact, what to say, and when — then delivers through the commerce and email tools you already run. Nothing to migrate.

The problem: another platform is the last thing you need

Most retention tools want to become your sender, your list, and your source of truth. That migration — re-verifying domains, rebuilding flows, moving consent — is exactly why they get evaluated enthusiastically and adopted never.

One decision layer over the tools you already run

ChurnMiser is the decision layer, not the delivery layer. It reads orders from Shopify in real time (with WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce supported), decides who to contact and with what, and hands the send to your existing provider.

Email goes out through Shopify Email, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or a custom webhook into anything else. SMS is built in, metered per message, with quiet hours and consent handled. The AI itself runs on Amazon Bedrock (Claude).

Why the decision layer is the right thing to add

Your email tool is good at sending; what it does not know is who is about to churn and what would bring them back. Adding ChurnMiser upgrades the decisions behind every send while your deliverability, templates, and sender reputation stay exactly where they are.
